SneakerFest: Up to 50% Off + Rs.200 Off on new arrivals

For www.Bata.in :

(i) Upto 50% discount is offered by Bata India Limited on selective range of Sneaker in men and women sneakers category.

(ii) This offer of discount upto 50% off is not applicable/available on the fresh/new sneaker articles/arrivals.

(iii) No other discount(s)/discount coupons/vouchers can be clubbed with the aforesaid scheme of discount upto 50%.

(iv) Any redemption of Gift Voucher can be done at the time of purchasing and making online payment.

(v) This sneaker fest is available only on any purchase done online on www.bata.in on selective range of sneaker footwear only and is not available on retail sale and/or any other online platform.

(vi) There is a Flat discount of Rs. 200.00 on minimum cart value/minimum purchase worth Rs. 999.00 (inclusive of all taxes) of Sneaker Category on Fresh Articles;

(vii) Any customer can avail the aforesaid offer one time each, on more than one bill during the offer period.

(viii) The above discount is available for Limited Period and is valid till 20th December 2020.

(x) Any dispute shall be subject to arbitration by sole arbitrator to be appointed by Bata India Limited and its decision shall be final and binding on the parties. The seat and venue shall be at Delhi/New Delhi and the parties agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of court at situated at Delhi/New Delhi only.

For Bata Retail Stores :

(i) Get gift voucher of Rs 200.00 on purchase of Fresh articles under Sneaker Fest.

(ii) The aforesaid Offer is Valid on selected articles under the sneaker category.

(iii) The Gift Voucher of Rs 200.00 can be redeemed on the next purchase on non-discounted product only in a Bata retail outlet only.

(iv) The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/discount.

(v) This offer is valid for Limited Period i.e. 16th November 2020 to 20th December 2020.

(vi) The Gift voucher of Rs 200.00 can only redeemed against valid purchase and cannot be exchanged with cash, in any circumstances.

(vii) The Gift Voucher shall be valid upto the date of validity mentioned on the said Gift Voucher or 31st of Dec 2020, whichever is earlier.

(viii) Bata India Limited shall not be liable for any lost/mis-use or destroy of such Gift Voucher, in any circumstances.

(ix) No request for re-issuance or revalidation of the lost or expired Gift Voucher shall be entertained.
